We recognise that it is really important for you to have someone you can trust to look after and maintain your home in France when you are not there. Our services are designed to help you maintain your property throughout the year and give you the confidence that your home is being cared for. We service the area in and around Saint Antonin Noble Val in the beautiful region of the Gorges du Aveyron.

Second home services

With any property, it is important to carry out regular maintenance to ensure the property is kept in good condition. We are able to get general maintenance and repair jobs on the property carried out quickly, efficiently and to a high standard. For any work we cannot do ourselves we will recommend and/or arrange local tradesmen to complete the work.

We can act as your contact in France with a set of keys for your property. If you ever have a need for us to open up the property for guests, tradesmen or to visit the property for any other reason, all you need to do is call us.

We can visit your house at pre-arranged intervals to check on the state of maintenance indoors and outdoors, as well as the condition of your pool and garden. We report back to you and take all necessary measures to fix any observed damage or defect.

Visits after heavy rain, storms or severe frost are also part of our dedicated service. This service is additional to our periodic inspections. In the event of storms, we will visit your property to check that it is secure and that no damage has been done. This will include checking that the electricity is still on (important for freezers or alarm systems), checking that there is no damage to the roof (often caused by wind or hail) and checking for any other signs of damage.

Before you come over for a holiday you may want us to go to the house to open it up, air it, clean it, turn on the boiler and generally check that it is ready for you to enjoy when you arrive.

A well-kept garden will improve the overall appeal of your property. For you and/or for your guests. If you have a garden, large or small, it will need to be maintained throughout the year. We can carry out regular garden maintenance for you. We have the tools and machines to make your garden looking it’s best.

Pool maintenance

We will keep your pool fresh, clean and running smoothly throughout the season ensuring that you and your guest can just relax and enjoy the pool.

What we can do for you:

  • Weekly maintenance of your pool
  • Ordering and supplying chemicals
  • Preparing your pool for winter
  • Opening your pool in the spring

We will advertise your property on our website and on any other channels like AirBnb etc. All after consultation with yourself. We will deal with all the booking enquiries, booking forms and relevant paperwork and we will stay in close contact with you to make sure we and you are fully aware of the weeks booked and weeks still available. We make sure payments for deposits, balances and damage deposits are directly made to you, the owner, by the guests.

First impressions count when your new tenants arrive at the property and we are here to ensure that everything is fully prepared for your guests. We can assist you in making sure the property is not only spotlessly clean but well presented to help ensure that each holiday maker enjoys their holiday rental and hopefully makes repeat bookings in the future.

We will act as your local agent on the ground to ensure the property is ready for your guests and they have all the information at hand to be able to settle straight into their holiday. A welcome pack can be provided. In case of any issues/broken down equipment/keys lost we will be the first point of contact for the guest.
