Les Trois Arbres

Les Trois Arbres is a beautifully renovated and decorated stone farmhouse situated in three and a half acres of private, gated gardens leading down to its own stretch of the Aveyron river. It features a fantastic swimming pool, a covered alfresco dining area and lovely views of the surrounding hills. The house is located in the little hameau of Teussac, at the end of a track in quiet countryside, but only a five-minute drive to the beautiful village of Saint Antonin Noble Val.
There are four bedrooms, three bathrooms (of which two en-suite), a spacious lounge with fireplace and a separate, well-equipped kitchen/dining room. The house offers WIFI internet, UK tv and Netflix. The villa comfortably accommodates 8 people.

The exclusive swimming pool (10m x 5m) is surrounded by a large tiled terrace and features a covered poolside lounge area. There are wooden sun loungers and parasols.

There is a barbecue for those warm summer evenings and the secluded grounds offer plenty of space for children to play and explore.

The medieval town of Saint Antonin Noble Val, with its famous Sunday market and plenty of restaurants, bars and amenities, is only 5 kilometres away.

Inside the house:
Kitchen/dining room The house has a large fully equipped kitchen/dining room featuring the original wooden beams. There is an electric oven, gas cooktop, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster and plenty of storage space. The wooden dining table comfortably seats 8 people for internal dining. The authentic French doors lead to the outside terrace where you can enjoy a coffee and croissant in the morning sun.

Woodstore To the left of the kitchen is the converted and tastefully renovated former Woodstore. This part of the house is separate from the other bedrooms and bathrooms and therefore offers privacy away from the other guests. It comprises of a toilet and a washing machine on the ground level. Up the wooden stairs, you will find a light and bright double bedroom with high ceilings and an exposed stone wall in keeping with the original farmhouse character. It has a double bed and a brand-new en-suite bathroom.

Lounge To the right of the kitchen is a spacious lounge with a large fireplace, two comfortable sofas and a 50″ HD TV with UK channels, Netflix and huge DVD collection for you to enjoy. A door opens out to the terrace at the front of the house.

The master double bedroom, which has a queen-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower, washbasin, large mirror and toilet. The bedroom is very spacious with wooden ceiling beams and has big windows overlooking the garden and the pool area. On the same floor there are another two bedrooms, both with double beds, and the family bathroom, complete with shower, washbasin and toilet.
