Maison de Cas, A large four bedroom rustic holiday home with a beautiful pool that sleeps 8 guests right in the middle between Saint Antonin Noble Val and Caylus. The house is situated in the valley of the river Bonnet with beautiful views of Chateau de Cas.

Maison de Cas has a large, bright & homely, well equipped country-style kitchen with large dining table, a five burner range cooker, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and microwave oven.

The house offers light, bright spacious rooms throughout – simple design and furnishings, with a warm family feel. A bright and airy lounge with log fire. On the main floor, there are 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 single.

On the second floor, there is a family room with a pool table, a large family bathroom with shower and toilet and two further bright double bedrooms.

Outside there is a large covered terrace with BBQ overlooking the 7 by 4 metre swimming pool, a small garden laid to lawn, some outbuildings and a gated gravel parking area.

The pool is very private hidden behind the large barn & stone wall on 3 sides.

Maison De Cas comfortably sleeps eight adults.

Tourendol

Tourendol is a beautiful fully-restored hill-top property with a large private swimming pool, with breathtaking views over the Aveyron Gorge. It is situated just ten minutes’ drive from the famous and attractive medieval village of Saint Antonin Noble Val. The house also offers high-speed WiFi internet access, including on the pool terraces.

There is a separate two-person cottage immediately adjacent to the swimming pool, which also has it’s own kitchen, lounge, double bedroom and bathroom. (For larger parties wishing to rent this cottage too, there is an additional charge. Please inquire for details.)

The whole property is in a very serene and calm environment. It is a wonderful destination for a family holiday with plenty of privacy, lots of fantastic space, and stunning views across miles of countryside.

Entry is from the large front terrace. One enters into:

• The lounge/dining room (60m²) has a tiled floor, and exposed stonework and original wooden beams throughout. The charm of the room is accentuated by the old fireplace with a wood-burning stove, and an original stone evier. There are two comfortable sofas (one of which is a sofa-bed) next to the fireplace, coffee table, bookcases, wine rack, and a rocking chair. There is UK satellite television, flat-screen TV, and a DVD player. There is a wooden dining table with seating for six people.

At one end of the lounge we have:

• The kitchen area which is fully-fitted, and provides a fridge-freezer, electric oven and halogen hob (with extractor fan), kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and plenty of storage cupboards.
• There is also another bathroom on this floor with a washbasin and mirror, and a toilet.

A staircase with black-iron balustrades leads up to the first floor, where there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. All of the bedrooms have wonderful views across the valley. Each have exposed stone walls and wooden beams, and laminate wood flooring. They also each have central-heating radiators for your comfort.

Bedroom 1 (20m²) is the largest double bedroom and with a wardrobe, a dressing table with mirror, and two bedside tables with lamps. It has an ensuite bathroom with tiled floor. There is a shower, a lovely roll-top bath, heated towel rail, WC and a washbasin with a mirror.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed, two bedside tables with lamps, a wardrobe and a full-length mirror.
Bedroom 3 is a twin room (two single beds) with a wardrobe and a bedside table with lamp.
• At the end of the landing, there is a family bathroom with a tiled floor. There is a modern washbasin with mirror, toilet, shower and heated towel rail.

Outside is a lawned landscaped garden with a huge wildflower garden and a large patio area with beautiful, curved steps down to the swimming pool. There is a pergola on the top terrace adjacent to the house. There is also a lawned area with a football goal and a small adventure “castle.” The house has a charcoal barbecue, providing the outside dining experience – for which there is a black glass dining table which seats six, along with black metal dining chairs with cushions.

The Swimming Pool

The exclusive and private swimming pool measures 12 x 5 metres and has Roman steps at one end. There are lots of sun chairs, sunloungers (with cushions), and parasols, and the terrace surrounding the pool is tiled. Spotlights and other ambient lighting has been installed to provide a superb environment to spend the summer evenings at the poolside, whilst enjoying uninterrupted views of the countryside. The pool has an alarm to conform with French law.

The house has plenty of parking for three cars.

The property is situated up a bumpy but passable country track and is adjacent to, but not overlooked by, a working farm.

Les Trois Arbres

Les Trois Arbres is a beautifully renovated and decorated stone farmhouse situated in three and a half acres of private, gated gardens leading down to its own stretch of the Aveyron river. It features a fantastic swimming pool, a covered alfresco dining area and lovely views of the surrounding hills. The house is located in the little hameau of Teussac, at the end of a track in quiet countryside, but only a five-minute drive to the beautiful village of Saint Antonin Noble Val.
There are four bedrooms, three bathrooms (of which two en-suite), a spacious lounge with fireplace and a separate, well-equipped kitchen/dining room. The house offers WIFI internet, UK tv and Netflix. The villa comfortably accommodates 8 people.
The exclusive swimming pool (10m x 5m) is surrounded by a large tiled terrace and features a covered poolside lounge area. There are wooden sun loungers and parasols.
There is a barbecue for those warm summer evenings and the secluded grounds offer plenty of space for children to play and explore.
The medieval town of Saint Antonin Noble Val, with its famous Sunday market and plenty of restaurants, bars and amenities, is only 5 kilometres away.

Inside the house:
Kitchen/dining room The house has a large fully equipped kitchen/dining room featuring the original wooden beams. There is an electric oven, gas cooktop, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster and plenty of storage space. The wooden dining table comfortably seats 8 people for internal dining. The authentic French doors lead to the outside terrace where you can enjoy a coffee and croissant in the morning sun.

Woodstore To the left of the kitchen is the converted and tastefully renovated former Woodstore. This part of the house is separate from the other bedrooms and bathrooms and therefore offers privacy away from the other guests. It comprises of a toilet and a washing machine on the ground level.
Up the wooden stairs, you will find a light and bright double bedroom with high ceilings and an exposed stone wall in keeping with the original farmhouse character. It has a double bed and a brand-new en-suite bathroom.

Lounge To the right of the kitchen is a spacious lounge with a large fireplace, two comfortable sofas and a 50″ HD TV with UK channels, Netflix and huge DVD collection for you to enjoy. A door opens out to the terrace at the front of the house.

The master double bedroom, which has a queen-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower, washbasin, large mirror and toilet. The bedroom is very spacious with wooden ceiling beams and has big windows overlooking the garden and the pool area.
Furthermore, there are another two bedrooms, both with double beds. And the family bathroom, complete with shower, washbasin and toilet.

Borie Nègre

Borie Nègre is a beautiful stone built, three-storey, private holiday villa with large pool and landscaped gardens that sleeps up to 8 people. The property is situated in the heart of the beautiful hilly countryside just a few kilometres from Saint Antonin Noble Val. Here you’ll find all the amenities and furthermore good restaurants and lovely terraces to have a drink.

This superb villa has been designed with a large open plan fully equipped kitchen, separate dining room, 4 large bright airy bedrooms, and has been decorated and furnished to a very high standard with stone and wood features.

The house is fully equipped with broadband WiFi, UK TV, DVD, CD player.

On the ground floor, there is a large open plan kitchen with a separate dining room with French windows leading out to the terrace and a WC and shower room.

Stairs lead to the first floor which comprises the master double with an en-suite shower and wash basin, a second double bedroom, a separate WC, the large airy lounge with stunning views across the grounds, an open fire a wide selection of games and comfortable seating, TV, DVD player (over 100 DVDs), Wii (inc games) and a library area.

The second floor contains two further bedrooms, (one twin and a third double), a lounge play area, a family bathroom and separate WC.

The house is built in eight acres of land and is approached through a gated entrance via a long drive. The gardens comprise an architect designed pool area with landscaped flower beds and incredible views across the Aveyron gorge, a fruit orchard and woodland.
